Hovsep Dikran was born on 01.10.1948 in Burgas, Bulgaria.
1953- began the violin lessons.
1963-67- high music school in Burgas.
1967-72- higher music pedagogical institute in Plovdiv. Music teacher in the high school in Aitos.
1971-78- played in different bulgarian and german orchestras.
1980-83- learned conducting at the conservatoire of Milano.
1979-85- konzertmeister of different italian symphony orchestras.
1984-Diploma from the conservatoire of Bologna.
1980-85- completed different specialized courses in Siena, Rome and Assisi under the guidance of Mo Franco Ferrara. At the same period conducted the symphony orchestras of San Remo, "Angelicum"-Milano, "Teatro Comunale"-Bologna, the Conservatoire-Parma and Solingen symphony orchestra.
1985- took part at "MIN-ON" international conductors competition, arriving at the finals in Tokyo- Japan.

1986-88- conducted the State philharmonic orchestras of Vidin, Burgas, Plovdiv.
1989- Conductor of the orchestra in Bad Pyrmont- Germany.
1990-2000- conducted the State philharmonic orchestras of Varna, Shumen, Vidin(Bulgaria) and the orchestras of Schwerin, Stadtteaters in Erfurt and Frankfurt(Oder) in Germany
